Question of the Day:   With this last Friday being Friday the 13th and Halloween coming up in just a few weeks, surely by now you’ve broken out a scary movie or two.  Which, in your opinion, is the best scary movie to watch with your kids?  How about the best grown-up scary movie?  (Broc)

Happy Death Day exceeded box office expectations over the weekend and knocked Blade Runner 2049 out of the #1 spot, bringing in 26 and a half million dollars.  Blade Runner slips to the number two spot with 15.1 million.  In third was The Foreigner debuting with a 12.8 million dollar weekend.  It drops from 3rd to 4th with 6 million.  And rounding out the top 5 was The Mountain Between Us, down from 2nd place last week and bringing in an estimated 5.6 million.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner announced their engagement over the weekend, and the singer’s family couldn’t be more welcoming to their new addition. “Everybody’s very, very happy for them and their family and friends are all thrilled. Everyone loves them together,” a source said.  The DNCE front man's brother Nick Jonas said on Twitter "Congratulations to my brother… and sister in law to be on your engagement!  I love you both so much.”  Jonas and Turner have been dating since last November, after they were spotted acting cozy at a concert in the Netherlands — although the duo didn’t become Instagram official until January.

Amazon head Roy Price’s fiancée Lila Feinberg has called off their November wedding after the programming chief was suspended amid allegations of harassment last week.  The two were set to wed on Nov. 12, but Feinberg, a playwright and TV writer, called off the ceremony.  In a twist scripted in Hollywood, Feinberg had designed her wedding dress with Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman, the wife of Harvey Weinstein - who, unless you're living under a rock, you know has been accused by a slew of women of assault in many forms over the course of several decades.  Chapman split from Weinstein amid the allegations last week.
